reflections 2025 Joyful

December has been a quieter but meaningful month, shaped by both academic responsibilities and important family moments. The first part of the month was largely focused on examinations, with much of my time spent revising, consolidating concepts, and preparing mentally and physically for the exam period. It was a demanding season, but also one that required discipline and consistency, especially after an intense semester.

Outside of academics, December also offered an opportunity to reconnect with family. I travelled to my parents’ home area, which is quite remote, and this meant limited access to stable internet and communication for part of the month. While this made it harder to stay in touch regularly, it was a refreshing change of pace and a chance to slow down, reflect, and be fully present with family.

One of the highlights of the month was attending my cousin’s traditional wedding ceremony. It was a beautiful cultural experience that brought together extended family members, some of whom I had not seen in a long time. Being part of this celebration was a reminder of the importance of family, tradition, and community, especially after a busy academic year.

As the year draws to a close, I am once again extremely grateful for your support, which has made it possible to navigate both my studies and personal responsibilities, and I am looking ahead to the new year with renewed focus and motivation.
